Registration

          We are expecting delegates from throughout the world to register for this conference. Registration should be done on line from this conference website. However, if you encounter any problems in the online registration process and would like to register via fax or mail please kindly contact the secretary of the conference.



Fees and Entitlements

          The full registration entitle the participant to all days of the conference, social events, full day delegate tour, conference satchel, abstracts, preprints and/or proceedings, name badge, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments each day.

NOTICE:   Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from the head of department attesting to their full-time student status.

Method of Payment

          Payment must be accompanied with all registration forms. No reservation will be confirmed until payment is received. Payment is preferably processed through bank transfer or bank remittance. Payment by credit cards will be available in on-line registration from July 21, 2009. However, payment by credit card will be subjected to additional 5% non-refundable processing fee.

          Please attach filled payment form while processing payments. Registration will be confirmed after well receipt of FULL payment. Please kindly note that all bank processing fee must be paid for by the payment sender.  Formal receipt will be issued to the participants at the venue.

          To transfer the payment through the bank or post office, please download and fill in our BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT FORM. And please scan and email it to the Conference Secretary to confirm your registration after payment transferred.

Financial Support

          A limited number of partial financial supports for travel and/or accommodation will be awarded on a case-by-case basis for participants from developing countries in the region. The quantum for each grant will be determined once all applications have been received. To be considered for the support, plese fill in the request form availble in the DOWNLOAD CENTER of this site. Registration and submission of abstract(s) online at ICPE website are required prior to the financial support request to be reviewed

Cancellation Policy

          Cancellations must be received in writing - mail, email or fax - to the conference secretary. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from the organizer. If you have not received acknowledgement within three business days, please contact the Conference Secretary.

Canceling your Conference Registration

          Cancellations postmarked on or before, 1 month before conference (September 17, 2009), will incur a fee of 50% of the registration amount. No refunds will be made for cancellations for the Conference postmarked on or after 1 month before conference, however substitutions may be accepted. Please note that all approved refunds will be processed after September 17, 2009.
